ROANOKE, VA - Roanoke County Clerk of the Circuit Court Steve McGraw Sr. endorsed Peter Volosin in his race for Virginia’s 6th Congressional District on Friday. McGraw became Roanoke County’s Clerk of the Circuit Court in 1992 after serving on the Roanoke County Board of Supervisors from 1983 to 1992.
“Beyond a doubt, Peter Volosin is the most qualified person to run for Congress in the 6th District in years. As a union organizer, EMT, and now an economic planner, Peter has the experience we need. In all he does, Peter exemplifies honesty, fairness, and thoughtfulness. Peter will use those qualities to bring progress on jobs, healthcare and infrastructure development to the Blue Ridge. Those qualities will also serve him when he reaches across the aisle. We need a Fresh Start in the Blue Ridge. Peter Volosin is that Fresh Start," said McGraw.
“We’re honored to earn the endorsement of someone with so much experience serving the Roanoke Valley. I want to thank Steve for his decades of work to improve our community, and we are so excited to have him join our team,” said candidate Peter Volosin.
